Janie - Hairstylist
I have been a professional hairstylist for 35 years. I started my career in St. Louis. I trained under J Tapper, an Olympic stylist. I continued my career after moving to San Diego in 1995. I made my business in the small area of UTC, which has just grown like crazy. I love cutting and color especially when there is a huge change. I do extensions and Brazilian blowout, perms and up do's. I try to accommodate everyone’s schedule, working early mornings, evenings and Saturdays. I have a saying that has been proven over and over “ You learn everything at the beauty palor!” I look forward to seeing you at the salon.
Alana - Hairstylist
I’ve been a hairstylist for 18 years, working in PA, TX, and now San Diego, CA.
My goal is to create beautiful hair while maintaining the integrity and health of the hair. I listen carefully to my clients and I believe an in depth consultation is the first step to making them happy.
My passion is cutting. I studied advanced precision cutting at Vidal Sassoon in London, UK. I love short precise cuts, mens cuts, and long effortless hair. I love finishing my long cuts with light, bouncy, blowouts that last.
I am keratin complex certified, as well as a certified color educator, tape in extensions certified, and a certified American Board Colorist.
I specialize in natural, effortless blondes, dimensional brunettes, air touch foilayage, and creating lived-in color.
I have a flexible, accommodating schedule that includes mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Suzy - Hairstylist
I have 20-plus years in the industry! I am experienced and specialized in hair care, advanced cutting techniques, and coloring. I hope to provide healthy hair care while maintaining fabulous results. Training with Videl Sasson, Graham Webb International, Toni & Guy, Goldwell, Davies Kemon, Schwarzkopf, Jingles and Wella. I love what I do and I hope you do too...
Megan - Hairstylist
I love being a hairstylist and have 20-plus years in the hair industry. I have trained and worked in salons on both coasts and established my clientele here in San Diego. I specialize in woman's coloring/ highlights, haircutting (long and short), and Brazilian Blowouts. My favorite part about working in the salon is seeing my clients leave the chair feeling refreshed and beautiful after each appointment.

Erin - Hairstylist
Having always known that I wanted to be a hairstylist I started cosmetology school at the Aveda Institute of Minneapolis right out of high school. After working for a couple of years as a stylist in MN I moved to San Diego where I advanced my education and experience in color, highlights, balayage, and hair cutting. I enjoy making people feel good about themselves through their hair.

Vanessa - Hairstylist
San Diego native and a third generation stylist. I have been working in the UTC/ La Jolla area since 2018. I specialize in all types of hair; straight to curly, also mens cuts. I am skilled with Vivids, blondes, natural color, Shags, mullets, butterfly layers and short bobs, etc. I like to make sure who ever sits in my chair leaves with a handcrafted look and a marvelous experience.
